This is a budget motel in a convenient highway location that offers clean, basic rooms and decent beds for low rates. However, guests frequently report maintenance failures, unresponsive or unethical front desk staff, and inaccurate or non-existent amenities.

Online pricing is not accurate. Location is only convenient as it’s right off the highway but that being said depends on the side your on as well, as you’ll probably hear traffic all night depending on how busy it is.. I can’t really tell you how well the service is as I only stayed for night’s rest after work. But did have to wait for someone to show up to the desk. Room wasn’t what you’ll expect 100% as I have pictures of bad paint job, repaired holes in wall, painting/picture covering wall plug, lamp/s not plugged in. Hair dryer full of hair(Not cleaned), Desk chair filthy, A/C \ Heat unit buttons not working and torn. Squeaky Bed but decent. Squeaky floors in hall. No elevator.

They charged me for my service animal and asked for the paper work when that is illegal and threatened to kick us out after a week of we didn’t pay for the animal. When I showed them that you can’t ask for paper work on a service animal they argued with me and said he would call his manager.

It was pretty good, but we booked it because I had a hot tub and the whole pool was out of service however they we’re kind and attention totally worth the price. Also, the bathtub was randomly in the corner of the room and didn’t work.

Held two rooms for us as we were traveling to the UP; could swear I smelled marijuana in the lobby when I entered, but the single man who came out to check me in was polite and professional; rooms have some wear and tear on the walls (dings, holes, etc.) and look run down, but they were pretty clean; beds were comfy enough, I slept better than I thought I would, but could hear voices through the (thin?) walls; Wi-Fi info not provided and details the room were wrong; came out for breakfast and was in the lobby for 45 minutes and didn't see a single staff person; breakfast was VERY skimpy, had trouble even locating eating utensils (unless I'm SUPPOSED to spread cream cheese with a spork?) and it could really use a deep clean, or even a good tidying up. It's a decent place to sleep and was $80/room, but we might try another when we do this UP trip again.

Good family run business. Nice room. Newer remodel. Good bed. Hot water. Decent minimal breakfast. Decent TV and netflix. Toilet needs rebuild kit. Over fills, I did minor service to tank but needs new kit.

The only thing that makes this worth staying at is the cheap price. The shower in my room was very hard to adjust the temperature. The TV did not work right I cannot speak on the service as my friend took care of everything at the counter. Well I got our stuff in and out of the vehicle I don't know how the Continental breakfast was because they don't serve that till 6:30 and I work in the trucking industry so we're normally out of there by 5:00

Overall the experience was not so good. The rooms were good and no complaints there but the breakfast not worth it at all. There was bread and waffles but if you were lucky you would get some butter and nothing more. Was there for 1-2 days all every day it was the same. I did pick up this because the price was fine and paid the extra 12-15 dollars for the benefit of breakfast, otherwise could have gone for rooms for 75-80 dollars. So if you are going to book this place be sure that breakfast is something that you cannot rely on. Minus the breakfast it was good otherwise the place itself was easy access and some good restaurants around.

Only giving this a 1 star because I have to. This place stinks literally. The service is right up there with the smell. The a/c don't work in the rooms neither do the phones. No one is EVER at the front desk and we had to keep going to the front desk to get the key cards replaced because they never worked. If you can avoid this place at all cost do so.

Stopped and just wanted to sleep. Stairs leading up were filthy. Room was out dated and smelled of weed. Couldn’t stay. Got a refund and moved on down the road.

Only stayed for a night. When checking in, the original room I was given had someone in it, however, I was assigned another room right away. Only have very minor complaints about the actual room, if that matters to anyone (didn't matter to me as I was just there to sleep on my way home), the paint was pretty bad (chipped in a bunch of places), and almost none of the furniture matched. Whoever was in the room above me was banging and moving around all night long (sounded like they were playing with a ball or something). I used the TV to kind of drown out the noise. Speaking of the TV, if you stay here and sign into any of the streaming services, make sure you sign out. The TVs aren't set to guest mode and the room I was in had at least 4 services signed in to other people's accounts. I signed out of the ones that I could but I'm sure most people won't be that courteous. As for location, it's right off 75, so very easy to get to, and it's not very far from a multitude of places to eat. Overall, if you're only staying there to sleep, I suppose it's acceptable, but I personally wouldn't stay there for an extended period of time.
