We stay here when we snowmobile the area. It's cheap and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. Most of the rooms have been updated. I've not used the pool but it looks nice

I needed a place to stay for one night that would be budget friendly due to a family emergency. I called and made a reservation over the phone day of and got a room for a decent price knowing that the hotel was going to be pretty full on 2-13-26. When we arrived vehicles were parked all sorts of ways, trailers were unhitched and using a parking spot, snowmobiles were off trailers taking more parking spots, the driveway around the building was blocked by vehicles so I had to maneuver my car to turn around. When we got inside to our room there was a prominent smell, and then you could hear what sounded like a heavy rain inside the room (#211). The air conditioner was on and set at 61 degrees. I went to turn it off and the water started dripping on me. I looked up and the curtain was soaked, it was dripping onto the air conditioner that was on and creating a huge puddle on the floor. I called front desk and got a different room but I can't stop thinking of how much a fire hazard that leak onto a running air conditioner could be as well as the blocked parking lot access, not to mention the safety of the air in that room with mold and mildew. I took video of the leak as well as the amount of water damage done and it was definitely not a slow leak or it had been going on for a while. I wish that I could get a full refund because we would have gone somewhere else!

I reserved a room the same day and immediately noticed several red flags at check-in. We did not receive the room we reserved and paid for over the phone (a king bed was booked, but a queen was provided), and a staff member read our room number out loud, which made us uncomfortable. Because of these issues, we decided not to stay and instead went to the Comfort Inn. When I asked about a refund the following morning, I was told it could not be issued due to policy. While I understand policies are policies, we felt misled, especially since we were told by phone that the Comfort Inn was sold out, which turned out not to be true when we asked in person. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I would not choose to stay at or recommend this location.

YUK! The room featured a bed that felt like it was filled with broken dreams and spare bricks, guaranteeing zero risk of oversleeping because actual rest was impossible. The bathroom sink was already plugged when I arrived, either clogged beyond repair or trying to hold onto evidence. Hard to say. Dirt was everywhere, really tying the room together in a rustic, post-apocalyptic kind of way. I left with fewer expectations, a sore back, and a renewed appreciation for basic plumbing. Would not stay again, but thank you for the unforgettable survival experience.

Good value. We reserved a suite with one king and two Queens. The suite turned out to be adjoining rooms. Totally worth it for what we paid. The rooms seemed partially updated. New carpet, new paint, new furniture, but the mattresses were still old. You had to wedge the bathroom door just so so it would shut. The bathroom counter was new. Our room smelled fine and the kids room smelled of cleaning supplies. The continental breakfast was pretty good, but just one waffle maker so if you want waffles be sure to get there in good time. The pool area was nice. The hot tub was hot but it was also a little cloudy. Over all a good stay.

Stayed at the quality inn for a work party. Brought my dog with me. We had to go to my husband's work party which we were only there for 3 hours. So we were stuck having to stay at the quality inn. And we left at 6:30 in the morning as soon as it got light so we didn't have to drive in the dark in the snow with all the deer. We came from a distance. The room was absolutely filthy I took pictures sent it to the general manager and to corporate. Then the general manager comes back with me and says there were many complaints about my dog barking in the room. Which that is so untrue. There was another dog there that was a German Shepherd the one that was doing the barking. We were in our room and we heard it too from the other dog. So instead of being concerned about how filthy our room is. She had to come back with this statement when it was not even our dog. Plus we asked for another pillow because the pillows were so flat and they said they had no pillows available. I would not recommend staying here at all. The staff at the service desk were very nice and there's nothing they can do about it. But now this does not make me happy that she's trying to twist the complaint on my dog that was not barking. I wish I was able to post pictures on this review page but it does not let you.

Back in August we took a weekend trip to gaylord. We ended up getting a room here for 2 nights. The first night the room they gave us had a tv that didn't work. The bathroom door was coming apart, also saw a nail sticking out on the entry door frame. They did move us rooms the next day. The second room was in better shape. After the second night we had breakfast and then went to check out. The girl behind counter was on the phone took the key cards and walked away. We checked out Aug 2nd. Come to find out the hotel charged us for another night. Costing us another 300 dollars. I highly recommend staying away from there if possible. Wish I could rate 0 star.

The hotel did not have a lot of people staying this night. We were put into a room next to very loud talking people. Obviously the walls are extremely thin, because we could here them fart and burp, literally. They were loud off and on the entire night, but, my husband was able to sleep off and on. You know when you're in bed and you think oh they have to stop soon, you try to tough it out. Well at 3:30 am an alarm went off. Again at 4:30 am the alarm went off. Except this time NON STOP LOUD TALKING. My husband asked them to please be quiet we are trying to sleep. The woman responded shhh and continued being loud. Not a chance. We let the front desk know. Stephanie Everling, the assistant manager, said she could call down and let them know to quiet down. (She had obviously dealt with this before with them.) She could move us rooms. But, those are the only two options. She called down and told them to quiet down. When I got back to the room, they were NOT quiet. So at 5 am WE have to move rooms because THEY cannot be quiet! I asked if she could move them as they are being loud. No she couldn't. I asked for a refund then, NO. I asked for a manager or the owner. She is the assistant manager, the manager will be in on Monday. It's Saturday. She will not call her at 5 am. I do not want to be up at 5 am moving rooms either or listening to the people in the next room either, but, here we are. So we, yes we, move rooms. So we have to gather our belongings and move rooms. The next room stinks horribly. So I let her know. I ask again for a refund. NO. So we try the third room. Still stinks, but, not as bad. Never stay here. Rude people. On top of no sleep for me. The pillows are like bunched up hard lumpy throw pillows. You can feel each spring in the mattress. And, they can do nothing for you when a long term guest will not quiet down at all the entire night. This might explain the lack of cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night. If you want any sleep or customer service, do not stay here. Horrible place and people. This hotel does not even deserve the 1 star.

This place has a lot of bad reviews and descriptions such as “dirty” and “filthy.” I would just say it’s very old and outdated. It needs a lot of maintenance, painting, window cleaning and carpet replaced. It’s dingy. Like it never got a good cleaning after they made it a no-smoking hotel. There were a lot of construction workers staying here for an extended time, so it seems like there’s a lot of sketchy people hanging out when you first pull up, but they’re really just working crews. I wouldn’t stay here with my family or if I was a single woman. It’s a place you stay when you just need a cheap room for a night. Pros: our room was relatively clean. I think the cleaning staff did a decent job. No bed bugs. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was decent. Waffle maker and biscuits and gravy but no eggs (disappointing). Nice pool area it seemed- didn’t use but looked well kept. Cheap cost for one night. No signs of drugs or prostitution. Cons: Old and outdated. Dingy. A lot of men hanging out, smoking, etc. They weren’t doing anything wrong. Probably just bored after working all day. I just wouldn’t feel safe staying here if I was a single woman or had kids with me. Statistics. Find somewhere else and pay a little more.

We’ve been here for almost a month now doing disaster relief work and we’ve been at the Quality inn the entire time. The management team is great and receptive. All the hotel staff always make sure you’re satisfied and that you have everything you need. As well they have free continental breakfast which includes bagels, biscuits and gravy, toast, muffins, yogurt and fresh waffles. Coffee and orange juice is also available. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.
