From the time we entered the property, we were greeted by friendliness and pristine facilities. The suite met every expectation from the full size fridge, desk space, and superior comfort of bedding. Every staff in the building was so kind and spoke to us like friends. The pool and hot tub were always clean and attended to well including details of rolled towels on the poolside tables. The location of staying here offered lots of activities nearby while only an hour from the hustle and bustle of Mackinac. Highly recommend, visiting Aspen Park and Sturgeon River Preserve for hiking and iron pig and pine squirrel for some great food. Over all staying at the Mainsuite / comfort inn and suites of gaylord definitely set the tone for a great vacation. We will be back.

Details for the hotel say pet friendly, and even specifically says cats allowed, but this is a lie. I was refused a stay because I have a cat with no help from management.

Very clean! Room had comfy beds, a kitchenette, and everything you need for a longer stay. Hot tub was amazing after a long day snowmobiling. We will definitely be back. 10/10!

Booked a suite 3 weeks in advance but unfortunately had to cancel and there is no refund. Originally booked through expedia and was told there was no refund available. After some effort from the Manager of the hotel a refund was issued. Very happy with their customer service.

This place is amazing. Very clean. The housekeeping and staff are very friendly. Great if you snowmobile. Skiing is nearby. Make sure if you have AARP get your discount.

This is one of the Best Hotels in the area.. The staff is super nice, and was so polite. We had to change our dates, and were very helpful with everything. We have stayed here many times, and never had any issues with them.

Easy check-in, spotless room, nice pool (open 24 hours) ..they have guest laundry which is awesome. Every thing was perfect... We didn't try the breakfast but I don't doubt it was good. I thought this place was a little pricey but we definitely got all that we paid for..

Everything was great! Room has high ceilings so it feels spacious. We enjoyed a pet friendly room for our dog. Kids loved the pool and pancake/waffles in the morning.
