4 months agoBooked a suite 3 weeks in advance but unfortunately had to cancel and there is no refund. Originally booked through expedia and was told there was no refund available. After some effort from the Manager of the hotel a refund was issued. Very happy with their customer service.

4 months agoThis place is amazing. Very clean. The housekeeping and staff are very friendly. Great if you snowmobile. Skiing is nearby. Make sure if you have AARP get your discount.

5 months agoThis is one of the Best Hotels in the area.. The staff is super nice, and was so polite. We had to change our dates, and were very helpful with everything. We have stayed here many times, and never had any issues with them.

10 months agoEverything was great! Room has high ceilings so it feels spacious. We enjoyed a pet friendly room for our dog. Kids loved the pool and pancake/waffles in the morning.

11 months agoThis location was a great base camp to launch out to our adventures. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The minute we walked in, the staff was helpful and friendly. Everyone did a great job from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff. The breakfast was better than the typical hotel continental breakfast.

about 1 year agoWe had a great experience staying here for my husbands work trip. Everything was so clean and the breakfast delicious. All the staff were professional and friendly. Special shoutout to April with housekeeping. We loved the pool and hot tub, thank you!

over 1 year agoOverall good experience. Staff is friendly, breakfast is very good, cappuccino machine would have been nice. They didn’t do price match at check-in, that was a little disappointing.
