Treetops Resort offers a mixed experience, primarily centered around its golf courses and winter activities. While the courses and specific staff members (like Jim and Chris) receive high praise for their quality and hospitality, the resort itself displays dated facilities, inconsistent service across departments, and occasional operational issues such as pool temperature and room maintenance concerns.

The golf courses at Treetops are truly, spectacular. Stunning. Everything else about the Resort - take a pass. The resort/facilities are dated, in bad need of upgrades. At the courses - expect maximum frat vibes. Loud music, smoking, vaping, zyn packets on all tees. Overrun restaurants that feel like a frathouse. You'll see fivesomes and sixsomes on courses - football being played on tee boxes, poor food quality and choices. You may see golfers shirtless. Absolutely - play the courses. Just skip everything else it has to offer.

Treetops delivered a wonderful experience for myself and my friends during our golf trip. The staff is amazing, and each day of our stay was great! As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are a little dated, but they are clean and very spacious. The service is top notch from the bag drop, to the clubhouse, the starters, and the rangers. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

There were 12 of us and we had a very good time. The golf courses are beautiful and the staff was very nice. On a sour note: The rooms need much more lighting, silverware & dishes. LORD willin", we will be back next year. Lower the prices and fix those steps on all of the courses. By the way, I am a veteran with a handicap.

Just wrapped up an awesome stay at Treetops Resort and had to leave a review because the staff made the experience exceptional from start to finish. Jim the marshal was incredibly friendly and kept everything moving smoothly on the course while still making everyone feel welcome. Chris and Hermoine at the turns were fantastic bartenders with great attitudes, quick service, and they really added to the fun atmosphere during the rounds. Noah on bags was hardworking, professional, and went above and beyond! A special thank you as well to Jeff with security, who worked incredibly fast to help return a lost item for us. That level of honesty and urgency says a lot about the people at this resort. Beautiful courses, great hospitality, and staff that genuinely care about guests having a good experience. We’ll definitely be back. 5 stars all around.

Been here numerous times, but it's been awhile. I thought it would be a great place for the grandkids first time out, being smaller. Purchased a Groupon that clearly stated that it included 2 next day lift tickets on arrivals of Thursday-Saturday. At registration I was told to go across the hall, there I was told they'll handle it at the lift ticket window in the morning. Had 2 lessons scheduled at 10, waiting for shuttle at 9 only to find out they don't run till 10. Long story short after much explaining ended up paying for 4 lift tickets so the grandkids wouldn't miss their lessons. If Treetops wasn't going to honor the Groupon it would have been nice to just be told that upfront instead of the runaround. That being said, I needed just boots not the skis on 1 rental, no discount. Every other resort I've been to has charged half price. And the service fees for every single thing purchased, even at the window is absolutely ridiculous. Spent $28 just in fees. The temp in the outside pool is way cooler than it use to be, not warm enough to swim in. I can say all of the employees were very kind.

We had a girl's weekend and planned a sleigh ride and snow shoeing and there was a mix up on our sleigh ride tickets and Ed and Brad were beyond helpful making sure we could reschedule our sleigh ride experience. The snow shoeing guides were amazing. Very friendly and helpful and patient with our group. This was my first time at Treetops but it far exceeded my expectations. The resort is beautiful and every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying or just coming for the day you won't be disappointed!

10/5 stars on the ski slopes!! We had an amazing first time at Tree tops resort. We knew nothing about skiing and the staff immediately made us feel comfortable. They all seemed as though they really cared about making sure we were having fun and safe. The ski instructor Autumn went above and beyond to give some basic tips and tricks to make skiing enjoyable and not so overwhelming. The shuttle bus driver Mike was so helpful and considerate. I wish I had gotten all the names of the staff during our visit. The ski hills were so much fun and lots of variety our different abilities. What a great experience. We will be back. And I will make sure our family and friends know about this up north gem. Thank you tree tops! ! . For reference we skied on the afternoon of February 21, 2026.

We had a great visit at Treetops! Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful! A special shout to Ed and Brad for being so accommodating in on our recent trip with friends. Also, Alan, Caesar and Malik at the Extreme Tubing Hill! They were awesome and made the experience so fun! Can’t wait to come back!!

Everyone was really great. We tried snowboarding and rented them here for the first time, but only one member out of the five in my family enjoyed it. The staff happily switched us out to skis and let our six year old go tubing instead later on. On slopes our fifteen and sixteen year old had a great time. This was their first time skiing, and the staff was very kind to them.

Very friendly and accommodating employees at treetops at all areas. Lodge, Legends on the Hill, Extreme Tubing and the lift operators. Took my wife and two granddaughters to ski and use the pool. No complaints. They really have some great people working at Treetops during the ski season. Clean room.
